“Classic Tractor & Implement Club”

Tom Schindler, President of the Board for Chippewa County Rural Heritage, called the meeting to order at 7:43 pm on Sunday December 12, 2010 at Trout Creek Inn 2170 County Highway A Bloomer, WI. Members of the board present were: Tom Schindler-President, Rose Sundstrom-Vice-President, Tom Short-Treasurer, and Victoria Trinko-Secretary. Advisory Board: Lyle Prince, Willie Sundstrom. Other participants- Jana Prince.
Tom Short made a motion to approve and place on file the October 3, 2010 minutes. Rose Sundstrom seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer Tom Short reported all bills have been paid. Rose Sundstrom made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Lyle Prince seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0.
LLC-recap: The LLC has been published in the paper.
CHRISTMAS PARTY: The Christmas Party will be on January 22, 2011 at Trout Creek Inn, beginning at 7:00 pm. Willie Sundstrom made a motion to serve ham and chicken. Lyle Prince seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0. There was discussion about methods of contacting people about the party. It was decided to place the list on Excel and make postcards to send out. The secretary will convert the list. Rose Sundstrom and Jana Prince volunteered to help in the mailing of the postcards. Suggestions for raffle items were a blanket, gun case, or other items people had to offer. The secretary will update the newsletter to reflect new dates and information concerning the Christmas party.
SPRING RIDE: This was postponed until the next meeting.
FUTURE ITEMS & AGENDA:
Next meeting will be Sunday January 16, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Trout Creek Inn.
